Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration of Human Resources policies, processes and procedures
  • Manage onboarding process for new hires including orientation and check-ins
  • Aid with inter-company employee transfers and relocations
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of new hire, termination, and change paperwork
  • Utilize HRIS platforms to process all job changes
  • Manage payroll discrepancies
  • Produce census, PTO, and Ad-Hoc reports
  • Coordinate employee programs and vendor relationships
  • Respond to HR inquiries via Slack and email
