Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales (SaaS, agency, consulting, etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate a history of personally closing deals.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Composure under pressure and ability to handle objections.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for buyer assessment.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, ops).
  • Strong process discipline and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable with 1099 and commission-only compensation structures.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical domains (AI agents, LLMs, product engineering).
  • U.S.-based and available during U.S. working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients from startups to enterprises.
  • Present and promote services including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and engineering solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams.
  • Track KPIs, maintain pipeline, prepare sales reports, and provide revenue forecasts.
