Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales (SaaS, agency, consulting, etc.).
- Ability to demonstrate a history of personally closing deals.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Composure under pressure and ability to handle objections.
- Effective interpersonal skills for buyer assessment.
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, ops).
- Strong process discipline and pipeline management.
- Comfortable with 1099 and commission-only compensation structures.
- Ability to quickly learn technical domains (AI agents, LLMs, product engineering).
- U.S.-based and available during U.S. working hours.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients from startups to enterprises.
- Present and promote services including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and engineering solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams.
- Track KPIs, maintain pipeline, prepare sales reports, and provide revenue forecasts.
