Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in people leadership.
  • In-house corporate Talent Acquisition or executive search experience.
  • Hands-on experience hiring in Technology (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture).
  • Hands-on experience hiring in Corporate Services (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of driving consistent delivery against hiring targets.
  • Experience coaching and developing recruiters.
  • Strong process discipline and proficiency with ATS platforms.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Run daily/weekly operational cadences: pipeline reviews, requisition prioritisation, and activity tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Corporate Services and Technology.
  • Provide advisory-quality counsel to senior stakeholders regarding workforce planning and market intelligence.
  • Identify team skill gaps and deliver coaching on sourcing, engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • Own capacity planning and requisition allocation across the team.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for Technology and Corporate Services roles.
  • Source candidates via direct approaches, executive networks, GitHub, LinkedIn, and referrals.
