Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent
- 10+ years of application development experience
- 3+ years of CRD Implementation / Customization and Workbench configuration experience
- Hands-on experience with Charles River API Framework (frontend and backend)
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning)
- Proficiency in Java or C#
- Experience with REST API integration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Python programming experience
- Experience with CRD Batch Automation and exception handling
- Familiarity with portfolio optimization concepts and tools like Axioma and OMEGA Point
- Knowledge of Order Management workflows and trading processes
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRD enhancements: requirements, design, CRD configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Configure Manager Work Bench or Central Work Bench layouts, workflows, rules, and result sets
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend CRD API interactions
- Build and support integration workflows using REST APIs, services, and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with Portfolio Engineering teams to support optimization workflows feeding CRD
- Ensure Start-of-Day readiness for CRD and support ongoing system stability
- Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, and documentation
