Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty Programs, or Customer Engagement.
- Hands-on experience executing app marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing CRM and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Experience working with CRM agencies and managing execution.
- Knowledge of loyalty program operations.
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred).
- Experience analyzing transactional, CRM, and customer behavior data.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience building dashboards with Looker Studio and Python.
- Experience with campaign measurement, control groups, and baseline analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute app marketing campaigns including push notifications and in-app content.
- Develop automated CRM lifecycle programs for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Manage CRM agency relationships and campaign performance reviews.
- Operate loyalty program mechanics, reward catalogs, and point management.
- Execute booster campaigns to drive engagement and redemption rates.
- Maintain BigQuery SQL for app, GA4, and CRM data.
- Build dashboards and reports using Python and Looker Studio.
- Conduct incremental sales analysis including control group methodology.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tech.
