- 3–5 years of experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
- Proven experience driving revenue growth for DTC, lifestyle, fashion, apparel, or consumer brands.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and digital customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify SEO, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and customer lifecycle automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Experience managing multiple online sales channels and marketplace platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform including product listings and merchandising.
- Enhance website user experience and SEO to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and manage content calendars and social media strategy.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Improve WhatsApp commerce engagement and customer retention.
- Manage third-party marketplace presence and product listings.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
