Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Direct experience in performance or affiliate marketing.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Comfortable working with unstructured and complex data sets.
- Advanced LookML development experience or equivalent in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical rigor to trace discrepancies to their source.
- Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive reporting adoption and data literacy in business teams.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and redundancies.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to standardize reporting across verticals.
- Bridge business context and data to articulate performance levers.
- Execute ad hoc data requests with high accuracy.
- Design and implement robust LookML structures.
- Build trust through education and best practices in data usage.
- Deliver proactive retrospective analyses on experiments, creatives, and CAC performance.
- Serve as the trusted technical owner for assigned verticals from ingestion to dashboard.
