Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
- Direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience with unstructured data.
- Advanced LookML development experience or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau.
- Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to improve data literacy within teams.
- Experience working with complex, third-party data.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and redundancies.
- Develop a roadmap for reporting standardization across verticals.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand performance levers.
- Build and standardize dashboards that drive business adoption.
- Execute ad hoc analysis with accuracy and business context.
- Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, and performance metrics.
- Act as the trusted technical owner for end-to-end data pipelines and reporting.
