Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience with Java and SpringBoot.
- Experience with Angular, Typescript, and Javascript.
- Ability to meet requirements to hold a position of Public Trust (US Government background investigation).
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 software and QA engineers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and career development.
- Drive efficient processes and standards.
- Participate in resource planning and recruitment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Leverage test-driven development to deliver backend systems and UIs.
- Contribute to the development of APIs, specifications, and data models.
- Design, implement, and maintain data interactions.
- Design and develop user interfaces based on UX designs.
- Contribute to functional and non-functional automated testing suites.
