Responsibilities
- Own pod execution end-to-end (sprint planning, retros, delivery tracking)
- Co-own the Growth roadmap with your PM
- Ship features across the stack (TypeScript, React Native, NextJS, NestJS, GraphQL)
- Set technical direction and architecture calls
- Build the team’s capacity through coaching and delegation
- Surface problems and risks early
