Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years in delivery leadership or scrum master roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing program-level delivery or interdependent teams.
- Expert knowledge of modern, continuous-delivery practices.
- Strong systems thinking and dependency modeling skills.
- Understanding of software development life cycles (design, build, test, deploy).
- Experience establishing flow metrics and continuous-improvement systems.
- Proven ability in cross-team coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with ALM tooling such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience with building dashboards and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Turn strategy into predictable delivery across multiple teams.
- Establish flow and delivery-health metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership with actionable recommendations regarding program health.
- Identify and remove impediments and systemic issues.
- Coach teams to resolve impediments autonomously.
- Model and sequence dependencies across teams.
- Track program-level commitments and initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical leads on architectural choices affecting delivery.
- Build transparent reporting for stakeholders.
- Design and adapt continuous-delivery practices.
