Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing for dating, social discovery, or live-streaming/IAP products.
  • Strong command of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROMI, payback, contribution margin).
  • Proven experience scaling paid acquisition on mobile and web (Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs).
  • Solid experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical foundation: SQL and BI tools (Looker/Tableau).
  • Knowledge of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and web analytics/tracking (GA4, Meta CAPI).
  • Experience managing growth, marketing, or media-buying teams.
  • Advanced user of Anthropic and OpenAI tools.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue funnel and its P&L from acquisition to repeat payments.
  • Develop and execute the revenue growth strategy across paid traffic, product growth, and monetization.
  • Generate, prioritize, and validate growth and monetization hypotheses with Product and Tech teams.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across onboarding, activation, paywalls, and pricing.
  • Manage unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS) and the cohort LTV model.
  • Partner with Payments and Risk teams to maximize conversion and approval rates.
  • Build revenue dashboards and ensure a single source of truth for performance metrics.
