Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading Workday HCM implementations within a consulting or advisory environment.
  • Strong expertise in Core HCM with additional specialization in Workday Recruiting and/or Workday Benefits.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end Workday project lifecycles across multiple simultaneous engagements.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience working in remote and distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technical aptitude.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% annually).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across global client implementations.
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, define solutions, and recommend best practices aligned with Workday capabilities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery quality, scope control, and adherence to timelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development and capability building.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
