Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Workday implementations, AMS/post-production support, or advanced client-side Workday roles.
- Strong expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and functional design.
- Proven ability to lead full lifecycle Workday projects, including scoping, design, deployment, and support.
- Excellent consultative and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technical acumen.
- Experience working in client-facing, global delivery environments.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 5%) as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll solutions across complex client environments.
- Facilitate discovery and working sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Advise clients on Workday Payroll best practices, process optimization, and system improvement opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high-complexity projects, including scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for payroll-related system issues, implementing effective resolutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and delivery frameworks.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction through consistent delivery excellence and advisory support.
