Requirements
- Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vCenter).
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSAN.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM/VMM.
- Solid knowledge of virtual networking (vSwitches, Distributed Switches, VLANs).
- Strong practical experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) and storage protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, FCoE).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python, Bash).
- Experience with Microsoft infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- English level B1+.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve enterprise virtualization platforms based on VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, security, and reliability of virtualized environments.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, Network, L2 Support, and Remote Hands teams.
- Manage and optimize enterprise storage, SAN, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Drive infrastructure automation and develop automation scripts.
