Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in life science, Bioscience, Biology, Pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least one year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Ability to withstand sales work pressure.
  • Strong customer service awareness and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong perseverance.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Reliable internet connection (15 Mbps primary/10 Mbps backup).
  • Modern computer hardware (i5 8th gen+ or i3 10th gen+ or Ryzen 5).

Responsibilities

  • Work independently to achieve sales growth and reach sales targets for the healthcare product line.
  • Interact with customers, maintain relationships, visit customers, and develop new business.
  • Professionally handle customer calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
  • Build customer files, follow up on order processing, and provide after-sales service.
  • Communicate product information, pricing, availability, and promotions to customers.
  • Work as an effective team player to ensure team efficiency.
  • Cooperate with BD and marketing managers on branding events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Collect local market intelligence and share insights with the team.
