Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building SaaS products, e-commerce platforms, or similar online systems.
- Expertise in Python.
- Experience designing and versioning public or partner-facing APIs.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and containerized deployments.
- Experience building and maintaining event-driven or asynchronous systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve production performance issues.
- Experience leveraging AI development tools.
- Comfortable with transparency and open lines of communication.
- Passionate about observability, process improvements, CI/CD, and deployment frequency.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy and monitor backend applications.
- Work closely with other disciplines to build new features with an emphasis on quality.
- Follow best practices and continuously improve the development process.
- Contribute to the architecture for new systems, optimizations, or features.
- Participate in the hiring interview process.
- Engage in end-to-end ownership of a system or component.
