Requirements

- Strong understanding of API design and distributed systems.
- Solid grasp of backend performance considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build core services supporting care-finding and Care Professional operations.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and operations teams.
- Design and evolve systems from conceptual design through production operations.
- Contribute to a healthy, inclusive engineering culture via mentorship.
- Translate complex technical ideas into actionable solutions for partners.
- Develop systems for workforce management, scheduling, or sales/communication stacks.
