Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of progressive information security experience.
- 5+ years in a security leadership role (Manager, Director, or equivalent).
- Experience building or maturing an information security program.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001).
- Direct experience with SOX IT General Controls.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security controls (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, Purview).
- Experience managing MSSP/MDR and coordinating external security assessments.
Responsibilities
- Own the information security policy framework and alignment with NIST CSF/SP 800-53 and regulatory requirements.
- Lead IT risk management activities and conduct vendor security risk assessments.
- Own IT General Controls for SOX compliance readiness and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage the managed security service provider ecosystem (SentinelOne, Huntress, Zscaler).
- Serve as the primary technical incident coordinator.
- Design and enforce identity and access management controls in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Execute security awareness and training programs.
