Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.

- Proven trial experience.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Strong legal writing ability.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of litigation from case inception through trial, including the development of case strategies, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
- Meet with clients to understand their legal issues, provide legal advice and develop effective strategies.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings, ensuring high-quality advocacy at all times.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy and support legal arguments.
- Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare trial materials.
- Evaluate cases, identify issues, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on case status and developments.
