Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
- Meet with clients to understand legal issues and provide advice.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for trial preparation.
- Evaluate cases and identify issues.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding case status.
