- Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance analytics and growth objectives.
- Availability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours for collaboration and team syncs.
Responsibilities
- Lead podcast production end-to-end, including guest coordination, planning, and post-production workflows.
- Design and execute a YouTube growth strategy focused on viewership, retention, and audience expansion.
- Repurpose long-form content into optimized assets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and promotional materials aligned with brand standards.
- Create and manage multimedia assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
- Publish and optimize newsletters, blogs, and digital content aligned with marketing and product goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Studio and HubSpot to guide strategy.
- Support audience engagement across platforms and contribute to retention and community building.
- Develop educational and onboarding content in collaboration with customer success teams.
