Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI and agentic coding tools like Claude.
- Experience in leadership roles, mentoring, and driving technical decisions.
- Track record of shipping production-grade frontend at scale.
- Working proficiency in Go or ability to learn it quickly.
- Experience working in fintech, fraud, compliance, or risk systems is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own user-facing features in React and TypeScript.
- Set the technical direction and quality bar for frontend development.
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Use AI and agentic development tools to ship features and establish best practices.
- Build and extend backend services using Go.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to architect new experiences.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and engineering culture.
- Maintain user-facing technical documentation.
