Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Track record of leading projects and delivering complex solutions independently.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Solid experience with C# and back-end service development on .NET Core.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS) and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of messaging mechanisms like Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
  • Understanding of data management and caching (Redis, Aurora/MySQL).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple initiatives end-to-end from refinement through to production.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the platform.
  • Drive technical excellence including code quality and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and engineering teams.
  • Influence team strategy and project outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers through pairing and reviews.
  • Contribute to engineering culture through internal initiatives.
