Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Track record of leading projects and delivering complex solutions independently.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Solid experience with C# and back-end service development on .NET Core.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS) and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of messaging mechanisms like Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
- Understanding of data management and caching (Redis, Aurora/MySQL).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple initiatives end-to-end from refinement through to production.
- Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the platform.
- Drive technical excellence including code quality and best practices.
- Actively contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and engineering teams.
- Influence team strategy and project outcomes.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through pairing and reviews.
- Contribute to engineering culture through internal initiatives.
