Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Experience working directly with product and design teams.
- Experience building highly responsive, scalable, reliable, and performant systems.
- Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle (planning, execution, post-launch maintenance).
- Intermediate understanding of modern application architecture, API design, data modeling, and security.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable platforms and internal tooling for Revenue Cycle Management.
- Build and maintain systems for payments and claims submission.
- Support operational workflows across the revenue cycle.
- Apply software engineering fundamentals and product thinking to solve operational challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Improve system efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
