Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience
- Experience with stock administration and regulatory compliance in a public-company environment
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
- Experience with automation, process optimization, and workflow design in HR/compensation
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS teams
- Hands-on experience with compensation and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Pave, Workday, Carta, Fidelity)
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
Responsibilities
- Advance compensation transparency and manager decision-making through AI application
- Leverage AI tools to automate data analysis, reporting, and compensation processes
- Administer compensation structure, job architecture, and compensation guidance
- Collaborate with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers on compensation solutions
- Lead annual compensation cycle, bonus cycle, and equity grant processes
- Support equity program administration and compliance with SEC/tax/accounting requirements
- Assist with analyses and modeling for senior executives and the Board
