Requirements

- Strong expertise in AI-powered automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Synthflow AI, Vapi).
- Proficiency in API integrations between platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, OpenAI, Make.com, and WordPress.
- Expert in low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, Selenium, Python scripting).
- Experience with CRM automation (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Airtable, Pipedrive).
- Knowledge of sales funnel automation, chatbot development, and AI voice agents.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and data automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows to optimize business operations.
- Utilize low-code/no-code automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Selenium, Python scripts) to streamline processes.
- Develop and optimize AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Synthflow AI, and Vapi.
- Build and maintain API integrations between platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, OpenAI, Make.com, and WordPress.
- Automate lead generation, email marketing, and appointment scheduling for sales and client acquisition.
- Develop AI-powered voice agents for inbound and outbound communications.
- Provide training and documentation to help teams effectively utilize AI-driven automation tools.
