Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and JSON
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with application configuration (fields, workflows) in a CMS or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of SaaS solutions and SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to travel occasionally within North America and Europe
Responsibilities
- Configure systems from end-to-end and perform quality assurance testing
- Lead or participate in client functionality delivery sessions
- Participate in business requirements gathering and design walkthroughs
- Flag and report problematic or out-of-scope client requests
- Perform technical investigation and initial troubleshooting of client issues
- Act as first line of QA before UAT and go-live
- Assist with integrated system testing for new features
- Assist the Support desk with complex system tickets
