Requirements
- 3+ years of field sales, product, marketing, or retail experience
- Proven ability to execute sales strategies and drive results
- Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects on a seasonal basis
- Quantified results in exceeding targeted sales expectations
- Excellent process and organizational management skills
- Excellent presentation skills, virtual and in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook)
- Demonstrated team player
- Ability to travel 60%
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain current account relationships and secure seasonal and at-once orders.
- Develop new accounts within strategic sales plan.
- Manage wholesale product flow to maximize revenue.
- Utilize consumer, market share and POS data to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Field Service Representative on annual education and activation programs.
- Execute seasonal Go to Market strategies.
