Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) principles, tools, and systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in clinical research or related field.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven past leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Superior communication skills in English.
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, resource management).
  • Deep understanding of clinical research principles and processes.
  • Valid current passport and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cross-functional RBQM strategies for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Provide pre-award risk assessments and SME support.
  • Champion risk management, central monitoring, Key Risk Indicators, Quality Tolerance Limits, and Central Statistical Monitoring.
  • Develop and implement departmental processes and training.
  • Provide leadership and development for staff.
  • Ensure all operations comply with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor requirements.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for internal and sponsor issues.
  • Manage quality and efficiency metrics to ensure service delivery.
  • Participate in internal and third-party audits and inspections.
  • Ensure inspection readiness for risk assessment and centralized monitoring.
