Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) principles, tools, and systems.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in clinical research or related field.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Proven past leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Superior communication skills in English.
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, resource management).
- Deep understanding of clinical research principles and processes.
- Valid current passport and ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop cross-functional RBQM strategies for RFIs and RFPs.
- Provide pre-award risk assessments and SME support.
- Champion risk management, central monitoring, Key Risk Indicators, Quality Tolerance Limits, and Central Statistical Monitoring.
- Develop and implement departmental processes and training.
- Provide leadership and development for staff.
- Ensure all operations comply with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor requirements.
- Serve as a point of escalation for internal and sponsor issues.
- Manage quality and efficiency metrics to ensure service delivery.
- Participate in internal and third-party audits and inspections.
- Ensure inspection readiness for risk assessment and centralized monitoring.
