- Dental product equipment knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide quotations in collaboration with Sales Representatives
- Review current promotions and clearance items
- Process incoming orders, verify data, and handle credit applications
- Resolve order challenges and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Liaise with manufacturer representatives
- Stay current on new products and promotions
- Promote existing inventory to support business growth
