Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, tech strategy & operations, or a startup environment
- Deep involvement in product and operations roles
- Background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy within healthcare or life sciences
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Proven ability to own multiple competing projects
- Expertise in establishing thorough project plans and delivering against timelines
- MBA or strategic consulting background preferred
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product and Operations to drive core offerings forward
- Develop and drive initiatives to improve product innovation and operational effectiveness
- Maintain P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel
- Drive revenue by supporting the Growth team throughout the client acquisition cycle
- Design and implement growth initiatives to increase awareness and loyalty
- Collaborate with analytics teams to design reports for improved data visibility
- Partner with senior leadership on high-visibility cross-functional initiatives
