Requirements
- Software engineering background with understanding of code development, API integration, and sprint dynamics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (mobile, web, or backend)
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable work items
- Experience managing client relationships in a delivery or implementation context
- Experience leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks
- Experience leading the full software development lifecycle
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and API structures (REST/GraphQL)
- Agile project delivery experience (Scrum or Kanban)
- Fluent (C1) English proficiency
- Ability to work during 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time (ET)
Responsibilities
- Managing the product and engineering roadmap to align with client objectives and business goals.
- Translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Leading high-stakes client relations and acting as the technical point of contact for US-based stakeholders.
- Assessing and communicating technical complexity behind Jira tickets to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery.
- Leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risks.
- Running Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and maintaining a high-performance delivery cadence.
