- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence change.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with little direct oversight.
Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers through regular engagement cadences.
- Create and execute success plans to align with customer goals.
- Cultivate and train customer champions on the platform.
- Serve as the primary link between customers and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Sales.
- Communicate customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
- Proactively identify and mitigate success risks.
- Document customer value, success metrics, and case studies.
