Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience building, debugging, and maintaining production-quality JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience investigating bugs involving external dependencies such as APIs, SDKs, and third-party services.
- Understanding of REST APIs and common authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
- Familiarity with n8n or workflow automation; node development is a strong plus.
- Comfort using CLI tools and package managers such as npm or pnpm.
- Clear written communication for async community settings.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on follow-up and resolution.
- Low-ego, collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage community contributions and PRs with actionable feedback.
- Maintain a two-week review SLA.
- Guide contributors through the review process.
- Improve and automate contribution management flows.
- Debug and fix bugs impacting contributors and node logic.
- Vet community nodes against quality, security, and usability standards.
- Make documentation tweaks for contributors.
- Develop node enhancements and adjacent engineering tasks.
