Requirements

- Experience building products with sensitive personal data (e.g., HR tech, fintech).
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy compliance.
- Ability to work in the ET time zone for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Design the frontend, backend, and integrations for Talent Commons.
- Develop participant dashboards, org query interfaces, consent flows, and admin tooling.
- Design secure data models and access controls for sensitive career data.
- Onboard partner organizations and establish authorized-user agreements.
- Implement data ingestion pipelines from Airtable and other systems.
- Utilize AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to ship features efficiently.
