Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within the utility industry
  • At least 5 years of experience selling UAS, drone, or technology-based services strongly preferred
  • Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development in technical services
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, solution-oriented services to industrial decision-makers
  • Experience working with large industrial clients
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales management processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Technical undergraduate degree preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue growth initiatives within the UAS utility services market across the United States
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients
  • Manage sales pipelines and drive successful contract negotiations
  • Support expansion into new service lines and target markets
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to share best practices
  • Participate in stewardship meetings and address client concerns
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support the development of future sales professionals
