Requirements
- At least 5 years of applicable experience in signage industry
- Minimum 3 years of ADA signage experience
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Canva skills
- Experience with any ADA/braille signage software
- Deep understanding of print specifications, file prep, and layout practices
- Basic color-matching skills
- Visual composition skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and project and time management abilities
- Proactive, self-driven attitude
Responsibilities
- Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint
- Set up high-resolution print files – downloading, upscaling, and resizing images correctly
- Ensure color accuracy for all deliverables such as color adjustments/matching
- Collaborate with design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork
- Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations
- Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems
- Stay current with design trends and emerging tech including AI tools
- Prepare ADA signage, custom art, murals and logos for production on various media
