Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud software, or health tech.
- 3+ years of experience shipping machine learning and data-driven products at scale.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and generative AI use cases.
- Experience with the infrastructure needed to deploy LLMs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to executive teams.
- Proven capacity to handle competing objectives and ambiguity.
- Experience navigating highly regulated industries like Healthcare or FinTech.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion a compelling multi-year product vision and roadmap for data and AI platforms.
- Drive high-impact opportunities leveraging generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and advanced analytics.
- Manage the entire lifecycle from ideation and rapid experimentation to scalable production deployment.
- Collaborate across matrixed stakeholder groups to embed AI capabilities into core member experiences.
- Partner with Legal and Privacy teams to maintain rigorous responsible AI practices.
- Design measurement and experimentation frameworks to track model effectiveness and quantify outcomes.
- Translate business pain points into detailed product requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a data-driven culture.
