Requirements
- Strong, customer-focused engineering background.
- CS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an FDE role or as an early engineer/founder at a startup.
- Strong infrastructure fundamentals: Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure, Linux.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agent architectures.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with engineers and executives.
- High emotional intelligence for navigating enterprise relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise implementations.
- Lead engagements from first discovery call through production deployment.
- Architect agent workflows tailored to customer stacks.
- Write and iterate on agent prompts, skills, and configurations.
- Guide self-hosted deployments, configuring managed workers and network connectivity.
- Accelerate deals through technical execution.
- Develop reusable implementation patterns and templates.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams.
