Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (managed care, long-term care, home health, hospital, or medical equipment).
- Deep knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programs.
- Experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high-risk populations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce software.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time (day and overnight trips).
- Clinical credentialing in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Managed Medicaid channel growth through relationship development with key agencies.
- Support health plan and agency partners with Medically Tailored Meal programs.
- Present products and services to managed care organizations, case managers, social workers, and clinicians.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales leads, call information, and follow-ups.
- Schedule staff meetings, in-service presentations, and conference attendance.
- Drive sales forecasts and growth goals.
- Travel regionally and nationally to represent the company.
