Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience in managed care, long-term care, home health, or medical equipment.
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programs.
- Experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high-risk populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Clinical credentialing in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition preferred.
- Familiarity with regional market and Medicaid service provision.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Present products and services to managed care organizations, case managers, social workers, and clinicians.
- Utilize company programs and systems to prioritize Tier account engagements and create efficient weekly sales routes.
- Build schedules for staff meetings, in-service presentations, and conferences.
- Drive sales forecast, growth goals, and key initiatives.
- Summarize weekly sales activities and maintain CRM database with leads and follow-ups.
- Travel regionally and nationally to represent company at conferences and sales routes.
