Requirements
- 1–3 years in Salesforce roles (Admin, Junior Consultant, Analyst).
- Proficient in English.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Experience with Change Sets or Gearset deployments.
- Experience with data migration and import processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-native apps or AppExchange solutions.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools: Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and more.
- Conduct data migrations: mapping, transformations, imports (using Data Importer).
- Deploy changes from sandbox to production (Gearset or Change Sets).
- Coordinate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Consultants.
- Provide clear updates on progress or blockers during standups or async updates.
- Attend virtual customer sessions across LATAM/US hours.
- Contribute to and refine test scripts, assist during sprint and UAT testing phases.
- Provide post-deployment support to ensure customer success.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the Precursive platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
