Requirements
- Strong professional experience in software engineering with deep expertise in either frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or backend (Python), and proven ability to work across the full stack.
- Demonstrated experience owning features or projects end-to-end in a production environment.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into practical technical implementations.
- Solid understanding of system design principles, scalable architecture, and maintainable code practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Interest in mentoring others and contributing to the growth of both systems and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver fullstack product features end-to-end, working across frontend (React/React Native or similar) and backend systems (Python or equivalent) to create scalable, user-focused solutions.
- Lead technical projects from initial design through implementation, deployment, and iteration, ensuring strong alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, design, and leadership to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices as the platform scales and evolves.
- Improve internal tools, workflows, and development practices to increase team efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-ownership, and inclusive engineering culture.
