Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience building and maintaining high-quality, reliable, and performant software systems.
- Familiarity with developer tooling systems such as CI/CD pipelines, build systems, test automation, or internal developer platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in improving developer productivity and engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core developer experience systems including build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, observability tools, and development environments.
- Partner with engineers across web, backend, iOS, and Android teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and deliver scalable tooling.
- Improve developer workflows by optimizing performance, simplifying configuration, and enhancing usability.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate modern engineering tools and emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives from design through execution.
- Solve complex technical problems across the stack.
