Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript/JavaScript with 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
- Experience building and deploying custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for AI agent integrations.
- Strong background in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0/MSAL authentication, and webhook implementations.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, CosmosDB, or other enterprise database systems.
- Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing federated search solutions across multiple data sources and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work through technical ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain back-end integrations between internal systems and Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Write code, develop custom MCP servers, and handle both Microsoft and non-Microsoft data source connections.
- Connect non-Microsoft data sources to the backend of Copilot Studio.
- Own the technical execution of the integrations effort.
- Adapt as requirements evolve in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
