Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years hands-on experience executing email marketing programs in HubSpot (Marketing Hub).
- Strong understanding of email attribution, funnel impact, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to build segmented audiences and automated workflows.
- High attention to detail and a rigorous QA mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with PMMs, Sales, and Digital Marketing.
- Experience with multi-language emails or EMEA localization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and execute HubSpot emails for newsletters, product launches, promotions, events, and distributor co-marketing.
- Own end-to-end execution including templates, assets, personalization tokens, and workflows.
- Build and maintain advanced smart lists using persona, industry, and lifecycle stage data.
- Monitor email performance metrics and translate data into clear insights.
- Design and optimize complex HubSpot workflows for nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement.
- Conduct rigorous QA for rendering, links, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure all email activity follows GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and data privacy requirements.
