Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with database design and SQL.
- Track record of driving process improvements in CI/CD, testing, or quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Experience coaching engineers at various skill levels.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and empathy.
- Track record of improving team velocity and delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Contribute hands-on to code, architecture, and technical design.
- Drive improvements to engineering practices in developer efficiency, CI/CD, testing strategies, and QA.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of 3-6 engineers.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into clear technical plans.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive measurable improvements in team velocity and delivery quality.
