  • Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., Messagepoint, Covius).
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review customer-facing communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identify process improvements and propose cost-effective communication solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits of letter logic and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on XML or similar data.
  • Analyze and streamline communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve compliance issues.
  • Partner with technology teams to optimize letter integrations.
  • Manage projects to control and enhance communication processes.
  • Monitor effectiveness of strategies and report performance.
  • Stay updated on mortgage servicing industry trends and regulations.
