Requirements

- 3+ years of experience authoring customer-facing content.
- Experience with full life cycle of communication processes.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., Messagepoint, Covius).
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review customer-facing communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify process improvements and propose cost-effective communication solutions.
- Conduct regular audits of letter logic and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Quality Assurance on XML or similar data.
- Analyze and streamline communication strategies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve compliance issues.
- Partner with technology teams to optimize letter integrations.
- Manage projects to control and enhance communication processes.
- Monitor effectiveness of strategies and report performance.
- Stay updated on mortgage servicing industry trends and regulations.
