Requirements
- Prior people management experience.
- Track record delivering complex solutions to external customers (hardware, software, services).
- Expertise in balancing complex programs with construction, project management, and technical discovery.
- Experience working and leading in high-uncertainty environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Domain experience with high performance computing, cloud infrastructure, and datacenter planning.
- Experience as a subject matter expert in facilities engineering, compute hardware, or software integration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer-side program directors, senior IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery of high revenue programs including datacenter builds and cloud deployments.
- Lead teams of program and project managers, setting strategy and coaching talent.
- Translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across construction, software delivery, and supply chain.
- Serve as primary point of accountability for customer commitments and contracts.
- Lead in-person/hands-on with challenging issues while delegating to build team capabilities.
